We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Financial Analyst to join our team at CBCS.

As a Financial Analyst, you will play a crucial role in driving financial strategies that support our company's growth objectives.

Responsibilities:

Conduct financial analysis and reporting to drive strategic decisionmaking.
Assist in the development of financial models and forecasts to support business planning and budgeting processes.
Analyze financial data and trends to identify opportunities for cost reduction and revenue optimization.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to implement process improvements and efficiency initiatives.
Prepare presentations and reports for senior management and stakeholders.
Support accounting functions including general ledger maintenance and accounts reconciliation.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
3+ years of experience in financial analysis or accounting.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling tools.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in the insurance or claims administration industry.
Knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
Familiarity with financial software systems.
