Responsibilities:


  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently
  • Assist customers with product inquiries, orders, billing questions, and issue resolution
  • Maintain accurate customer records by updating account information and handling data entry

  • Communicate effectively with customers to ensure satisfaction
  • Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions

Experience:


  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
  • Strong phone etiquette and communication skills are essential
  • Proficiency in data entry and Applied Epic software is advantageous
