Through our comprehensive onboarding, you will be able to quickly and confidently familiarize yourself with the content and bring in your existing competencies in a results-oriented manner.


Responsibilities:
Planning, execution, and ideally accompanying our (international) business trips
From idea development and researching unique locations to creating concepts for offline, online, and hybrid events, often with a supporting program
Assisting our (VIP) clients at events
On-site contact for location and other service providers
Independently assigning and coordinating roles on event days
To maintain our customers' enthusiasm, you will work on continuously improving the customer journey
Regular market research
Independently maintaining all relevant tools (Asana, CRM, Google Drive, etc.) and assisting with creating reports
