Your future responsibilities

As a Recruiter, you will take over the recruitment process for the Public Relations department after your training period.
From identifying staffing needs with the respective department, to screening applicants and making final hiring decisions, you will be involved in the entire recruiting process.
A crucial part of your work will be actively sourcing candidates, as well as conducting candidate selection, coordinating and conducting phone interviews, inperson interviews, and accompanying candidates during trial days.

Your profile

A completed Bachelor's or Master's degree (ideally with a focus on HR) or a further education in Human Resources is a plus, but not a requirement.
You have previous experience in Talent Acquisition and Development.
You have a strong interest in topics related to Human Resources.
You have a special ability to build trusting relationships with employees and applicants.
You are a skilled communicator and can convince our target audience with your personality, ideas, and likeability.
You are known for your independent and proactive work style, which you also bring to our process optimization.
