Job DescriptionWe are seeking a
Customer Service Representative to join our team in the Denton/Krum area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service.

Duties:
Will handle multiple customer accounts. It is a busy position and need someone with excellent communication skills who can pay close attention to details. Computer experience, E-mail, Microsoft Outlook & Excel are a plus.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a customer service role
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers
Ability to analyze customer needs and provide suitable solutions
Proficiency in data entry and navigating computer systems
Multilingual abilities, especially in Spanish, are a plus.

Requirements:Pass 5 panel Drug screen, no felonies or misdemeanors in the past 7 years
