    **Hours: Full Time hours - Variable Shift Pattern**

    **Purpose of Role**

    We are currently looking to recruit a Customer Service Representative to join the helpdesk team in Denton

    **Job Description**

    The role will be to deal with incoming calls relating to emergency repairs from our clients within the Education, Healthcare and Government Sectors.

    **Responsibilities**

    Answer customer calls around faults / queries and emergency repairs

    Maintain a prompt, efficient and reliable service level to all customers as outlined within the agreed service level agreements.

    Ensure that quality checks on completed work are carried out on a regular basis

    Provide assistance to other departments with administration and other work that may be useful.

    Entering data and processing documentation accurately and in accordance with company procedures

    **Essential Qualifications/Skills**

    Previous experience of working within a customer service / help desk role

    Strong customer service skills

    Good telephone manner

    Good IT skills

    Attention to detail

    Use of Maximo (Advantageous)
