Overview:
Responsibilities:
- Analyze project documents to prepare time, cost, and labor estimates
- Collaborate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to obtain competitive pricing
- Review and interpret blueprints, specifications, and other construction documents
- Develop accurate and detailed estimates for materials, labor, and equipment
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in construction estimating and project management
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Pay:
$48, $62,249.13 per year
