The Position

  • Management of the galvanizing department with around 50 employees, structured in groups and shifts
  • Ensuring a smooth production process
  • Ensuring production results in terms of quality, deadlines, and cost-effectiveness
  • Improvement of processes and continuous optimization in your own area of responsibility
  • Technical support at the interface to other departments
  • Selection, management, and development of employees
  • Planning and adjustment of personnel to achieve company goals
  • Implementation and compliance with legal regulations and internal standards (e.g. occupational safety, quality, 5S)
  • Contact person for complaints

Your Profile

For this special position, your profile should meet the following requirements:

  • Training or further education as a galvanizing master or galvanic technician
  • Several years of professional experience in the field of gal
