Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Program Manager to join our dynamic team in the aerospace industry.

As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the successful execution of aerospace projects from inception to completion.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets for aerospace projects
Coordinate and collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and other teams to ensure project success
Identify and mitigate project risks, and proactively address any issues that may arise
Communicate project status, updates, and key milestones to stakeholders and senior management
Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project goals and objectives
Ensure compliance with industry regulations, standards, and best practices
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness
Effectively communicate with customers on project status.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in engineering, aerospace, or related field
Proven experience as a Program Manager in the aerospace industry
Strong project management skills with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of aerospace industry regulations, standards, and best practices
Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced and dynamic environment

Pay:
$70, $80,000.00 per year
