The main goal of this role is to
- Take over the roadmap and scrum activities needed to run the product analytics team, as well as,
- Provide support to the overall Hills Data and Analytics portfolio that we are looking to centralize all Hills related data and analytics requests for prioritization and a more effective planning of resources.
What you'll do
- Partner with the Product teams to define use cases for business value through data & analytics
- Partner with key stakeholders to ensure clarity of scope, deliverables and manage expectations through project timelines and beyond
- Facilitate identification and implementation of continuous improvement actions related to project intake, prioritization, resource allocation, cross team collaboration etc.
- Support the Hills Data & Analytics holistic roadmap across many crossfunctional analytics teams to ensure transparency with all stakeholders while building the Hills Data Foundation
- Support the build of a holistic view and knowledge of our consumer and professional ecosystem / data model including, marketing, commerce and transactional data
- Define and prioritize a welldefined roadmap for Product Analytics team with internal stakeholders
- Continuously improving our data products by adding data sources, improving data quality, building documentation, and enhancing reliability.
- Run team scrum ceremonies (standups, grooming, planning, demo, retro).
- Ensure proper communication of sprint plan and status updates through feature lifecycle.
- Seeks and implements continuous improvements and encourages the team to leverage new ways of working
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Complies with all policies and standards
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Engineering or similar degree
- At least 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner
- Working on Agile/SCRUM development teams
- Working knowledge of data pipeline concepts
- Clear, concise and userfriendly interpersonal skills to easily transmit your ideas to any audience
- Strong organization skills and selfmotivation
- Ability to work on numerous assignments at one time with proven followthrough, attention to detail and dedication to business partnership
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity in business requirements, technology options and product / site direction
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of Atlassian tools (Jira and Confluence, and/or Trello)
- Experience as a Data Product Owner
- Experience in user research or design thinking
- Experience with SAFe
Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range $115, $151,200.00 USD
Pay is based on multiple non-discriminatory, individualized factors including but not limited to experience, job-related knowledge and education, skills and office/market location.
