SUMMARY:
Services customer accounts over the telephone by performing the following duties:
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Funnels quote requests to Quotations team
- Manages customer orders and forecasts (placement, releases, shipping, invoicing)
- Builds and maintains customers relationships
- Prepares reports of business transactions
- Works cross functionally across the organization being the voice of customer internally and the voice of KKSP externally (Sales, Manufacturing, Finance, etc.)
- Investigates and resolves customer problems with deliveries
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six
months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of
education and experience.
Bilingual - English/Spanish required
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience with an ERP systems. Knowledge of IQMS a plus

WORK AUTHORIZATION/SECURITY CLEARANCE:
Must be able to work in the United States without sponsorship, and ability to obtain ITAR or US government security clearance if required.

While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear.
The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or
feel and reach with hands and arms. Specific vision abilities required by this job include
close vision and ability to adjust focus.
Pay:
$63, $70,000.00 per year
