Description

• Oversee and manage all warehouse operations, including receiving, order fulfillment, inventory management, and shipping.
• Develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures to ensure efficient and accurate operations.
• Track inventory, monitor stock levels, and optimize warehouse layout.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to improve processes and implement process improvement initiatives.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Oversee fleet management activities, including maintenance scheduling, fuel management, and driver compliance.

• Proven experience in warehouse management or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of operations and order fulfillment processes.
• Excellent organizational skills
• Knowledge of distribution center operations, shipping/receiving procedures, and inventory control methods.
• Familiarity with procurement processes and vendor management.
• Ability to analyze data and generate reports to drive decisionmaking.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple divisions.
