    Are you ready to join an organization that will help unlock your potential?Equitables Talent team is looking for a human resources professional who will provide operational management of our critical talent functions and contribute to our overall Talent and Employee Experience Strategy.

    What youll doThis role also works closely with internal HR partners and stakeholders to consult on talent management needs and measure impact on business resultsClient-aligned talent management support for our Governance functions (Legal, Audit, Finance, COO)Work to create and facilitate innovative and engaging talent management solutionsParticipate in design and development of Talent Management courses, programs, or resourcesAssist in evaluating and delivering insights related to the effectiveness of the organizations talent strategiesProvide objective insights on development opportunities and strengths of key talent segmentsServe as facilitator and/or producer for virtual training sessions or meetings related to Talent Management programsDesign presentations that effectively engage and communicate with all audiencesContribute to team objectives and key results (OKRs) and help create a clear roadmap to crafting and executing on the teams initiativesThe base salary range for this position is $87,000 - $130,000.

    Actual base salaries vary based on skills, experience, and geographical location.

    In addition to base pay, Equitable provides compensation to reward performance with base salary increases, spot bonuses, and short-term incentive compensation opportunities.

    Eligibility for these programs depends on level and functional area of responsibility.

    5+ years of prior experience in Human ResourcesPreferred Qualifications:
    Bachelor's DegreeDirect experience with talent management programsAbility to prioritize and adapt with shifting priorities in a fast-paced, agile environmentCreative, innovative, strategic thinker who has designed ways to improve company talent processes and initiativesKnowledge of effective influencing tactics and strategies; ability to impact decisions within and outside own organizationUnderstanding of the value of aligning team capabilities with business goals and ability to develop staff, processes and operational relationships that support optimal performancePHR CertificationSHRM CertificationExperience in the financial or insurance industrySkills:

    Talent Management:
    Knowledge of the critical competencies required to achieve intended results; ability to generate consistent approaches for hiring, selection, retaining and leveraging talent across the organization

    Organizational Change Management:
    Knowledge of key roles, activities and major issues affecting change management; ability to align the organization's people and culture with changes in business strategy, organizational structure, technology and business processes

    Program Management:
    Knowledge of the policies and techniques to manage a set of related projects within a program; ability to plan, organize, monitor, and control the set of projects, ensuring efficient utilization of technical and administrative resources to achieve program objectives

    Business Acumen:
    Knowledge of business concepts, tools, and processes that are needed for making sound decisions in the context of the company's business; ability to apply this knowledge appropriately to diverse situations
