Your Responsibilities:


In this position, you will be responsible for the smooth running of our administrative personnel processes and their further development. This will support us in strategically aligning the HR department in the long term and continuously digitizing it.

Your tasks will include:

  • You will be the contact person for our 50 employees for all personnelrelated and labor law issues and will support them throughout the entire employee lifecycle process.
  • You will be responsible for the complete personnel administration, from contract creation to time tracking (e.g. vacation, overtime balance).
  • You will manage our personnel management system (personio); payroll is handled by our tax consultancy.
  • You will develop and continuously optimize our processes in the field of human resources (digitalization).
  • You will support our HR business partner in recruiting, HR projects, and events.
  • You will create statistics, evaluations, and reports, as well as prepare important HR key figures.

Your Profile:


  • You have completed a commercial apprenticeship with further training in the field of personnel or a comparable qualification.
  • You have gained initial professional experience in personnel administration or personnel services or in a generalist HR role.
  • You are interested in labor law topics and have high standards for the quality of your work.
  • You have excellent time and selfmanagement skills, as well as organizational skills, and are reliable and able to work independently.
  • We expect very good German language skills, both written and spoken, as well as a confident handling
