    **Customer Experience Representative**

    Omaha, NE **Position:** Customer Experience Representative

    **Location:** Omaha, Nebraska

    **Description:**

    88 Tactical is looking for an outgoing and personable individual to help take its customer service to the next level. This person will work with the Marketing Department to become an expert on all things 88 Tactical and serve as a knowledge resource to customers and members about the products, services and events we offer. The Customer Experience Rep will be trained on variety of tasks, including checking customers in for classes, ringing out purchases, helping sign up new members, making lane reservations, and giving tours of the facility. The Customer Experience Rep goal is to ensure customers and members have an incredible experience at 88 Tactical.

    This person must have excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Our ideal candidate is an experienced customer service professional with patience and a positive attitude. The Customer Experience Rep must be tech savvy and comfortable with multi-tasking.

    **Responsibilities:**

    Answer customer calls and emails

    Check customers in for their classes and direct them to the correct room

    Ring out customer purchases during busy times on the retail floor

    Sign members up for classes and book reservations for range time or lunch/dinner in the Founders Club

    Field customer/member questions and complaints; resolve or escalate as needed

    Give tours of the facility and assist new members with the virtual paperwork

    **Knowledge / Skills / Abilities:**

    Strong written and verbal communication skills

    Excellent listening and interpersonal skills

    Proficiency with using Apple devices (iPads, laptops, etc.)

    Ability to learn and proficiently use POS and booking software

    Ability to work with different personality types and resolve conflicts

    **Education & Experience:**

    High School Diploma or equivalent

    Minimum 1 year of customer service experience required

    **Reports To:** Marketing Manager

    **Pay Range:** (Based on Experience)
