    :

    Drunken Jack's is hiring a full-time receiving clerk and prep cook.

    This position ensures an orderly flow of supplies so that all items are on hand when needed, to keep and maintain an orderly and clean storeroom, coolers, and freezers.

    Ensures proper rotation of products. Responsible for maintaining a sanitary and "Clean as you go" work environment.

    Availability:


    • Day shift
    :

    (7am-3pm)


    • 8-hour shift
    • Weekdays/Weekends
    • Holidays
    Minimum Experience:


    • One year of Kitchen Experience
    Compensation:


    • Range from $18-20 per hourly

    Requirements:

    Primary Job Tasks and Responsibilities:

    Physical Requirements


    • Must be able to stand for 8 hours at a time.
    • Must be able to lift 50lbs
    • Must be able to traverse through our tri-level restaurant.
    • Receives all food and rotates stock using the first-in, first-out system
    • Carefully counts and/or weighs items received for the correct amount and
    compliance with purchase specifications.


    • Ensure that all shelves and items are clean and rotated, and have met all
    sanitation guidelines for storage.


    • Checks incoming merchandise against order sheets.
    • Ensures items are received and stored at the proper temperatures.
    • Maintains delivery and inventory records.
    • Responsible for the preparation of Prime Rib, Soups, Sauces, and Roux.
    • Restock paper and to-go products.
    • Filter and change cooking oil when needed or directed.
    • Help throughout the restaurant where needed or directed.
    • Check temperatures on Sauces, Soups, and line items throughout the
    shift.


    • Responsible for the breakdown of all boxes from all food deliveries.
    • Rotate and organize stock, supplies, and misc. under building.

    Additional Info:


    • Minimum age of 18 years old
    • Fluent in English Language
    • Be able to read and apply mathematic skills.
