Description

We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Warehouse Workers. As a Warehouse Worker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse facilities.

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to receiving, storing, and distributing materials, tools, equipment, and products within the warehouse.

You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized work environment, as well as assisting with inventory management and order fulfillment tasks.

Responsibilities:

Receive incoming shipments and verify contents against purchase orders or invoices.
Sort, stack, and store materials or products in designated areas of the warehouse.
Retrieve and prepare items for shipment according to pick tickets or shipping orders.
Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and efficiently.
Perform regular inventory counts and assist in reconciling discrepancies.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse by sweeping, mopping, and disposing of trash.
Assist in loading and unloading trucks, as well as moving materials throughout the warehouse.
Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
Perform other duties as assigned by warehouse management.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Prior experience working in a warehouse or similar environment preferred but not required.
Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and stand for extended periods.
Basic math skills and the ability to accurately count and record inventory.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain certification) is a plus.
