- Supervise the department conducting diagnostic cardiac exams using ultrasound testing equipment.
- Manage, schedule, and coordinate sonographers.
- Conduct job performance reviews and handle associate-related tasks.
- Perform all essential functions of a Registered Cardiac Sonographer.
- Demonstrate proficiency in non-invasive and invasive cardiac exams.
- Display knowledge of cardiac anatomy, exam procedures, and result interpretation.
- Be available for on-call hours.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification – American Heart Association (required).
- Credentialing in echocardiography by a recognized organization.
- Minimum one year of experience as a Cardiac Sonographer (required).
- Two years of experience as a Cardiac Sonographer (preferred).
- Experience with EPIC Electronic Health Record (EHR) and Picture Archiving Communication System (PACS) (preferred).
