Job Overview:


We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Delivery driver or Customer Service Representative.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their needs are met.

As delivery driver you will still complete the funtions of CSR but also to include delivery of prodcut to customers


Responsibilities:


  • Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and timely manner
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and pricing
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently
  • Maintain customer records and update information as needed
  • Collaborate with other team members to resolve customer issues and provide solutions
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by going above and beyond to meet their needs

Skills:


  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong problemsolving abilities
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
  • Previous experience in customer service or related field is preferred
