    Position: Temporary Data Entry Specialist
    Location: Sioux Falls
    Duration: 8 weeks
    Rate of Pay: $16/hr

    Job Description:
    The Temporary Data Entry Specialist is responsible for processing returned mail and data entry. This project is expected to last 8 weeks.

    Responsibilities:
    • Process Returned Mail: Open, scan, enter returned mail and check payments into database.
    • Data Entry: Download reports to save appropriately and enter data into Excel.
    • File Management: Organize and manage electronic and physical data files.
    • Data Verification: Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness, identifying and correcting errors or inconsistencies.
    • Data Cleaning: Clean and maintain data by removing duplicates, handling missing or incomplete information, and ensuring data integrity.
    • Data Categorization: Categorize and label data appropriately to ensure it is organized and easy to search.
    • Confidentiality: Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and maintain data security.
    Education & Other Minimum Requirements
    • Attention to Detail: A high level of attention to detail is essential to ensure data accuracy.
    • Computer Proficiency: Proficiency in using computer software and data entry tools including Microsoft Excel is crucial.
    • Organizational Skills: The ability to organize and categorize data effectively is important.
    • Communication: Good written and verbal communication skills may be necessary for reporting and interacting with team members.
    • Problem-Solving: The ability to identify and rectify data-related issues and discrepancies is important.
    • Adaptability: Data entry specialists should be able to adapt to changes in data entry software or processes.
    • Confidentiality: A commitment to maintaining data confidentiality and privacy is essential, especially in industries with sensitive data.
    Bonus points if you have:
    • Data Entry Experience: While not always required, prior experience in data entry or a similar role can be an advantage.
    • A drive to succeed, a sense of urgency, and a passion for your work
