What you can expect from us:

You will be responsible for posting job advertisements.
You will manage the recruitment process and conduct interviews (by phone, in person, or virtually) in your defined area of responsibility.
You will attract new talent through creative approaches on various job portals, job fairs, and through active sourcing.
You will conduct contract negotiations, support with contract initiation, and prepare documents for colleagues in the administration team.
You will work on projects and support the continuous improvement of processes and systems in recruiting.

What you ideally bring with you:

A degree in business administration or a related field, preferably with a focus on human resources.
Previous experience in recruiting.
Good knowledge of applicant tracking software, preferably SAP Success Factors.
Independent and resultsoriented work style.
Excellent communication skills and a confident demeanor
