- any barriers that the patient may face and connects the dots for the cancer treatment (transportation)

  • Gatekeeper for cancerous patients in the cancer center
  • Have communication with physicians for incoming outgoing referrals
  • Guide patients that are transferred from Bellevue
  • Medical records
  • Facilite any communication for staff
  • Point person for referrals
  • Work closely with social workers
  • Schedule Appointments
  • Coordinate Outreach Events

Education:

Associate degree
