- Install, service, and check security alarms and related low voltage systems
- Test systems and inspect based on set standards
- Make necessary connections and adjustments as instructed; test all system components
- Offer on-site emergency troubleshooting and repairs
- Create accurate service tickets and reports promptly
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Collaborate effectively with Administration, Sales, Customers, and Management
- Utilize various hand tools
- Perform additional tasks as needed
- High School Diploma / GED
- 2+ years' experience necessary
- Familiarity with security product lines like Honeywell, DSC, Napco, etc.
- Ability to install, inspect, or service security alarms
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in English
- Responsible, self-motivated, personable, and organized
- Clean driving record and valid Driver's License and Low or High Voltage License
- Previous experience in inspections, field service, and/or installation preferred
- NICET Certification preferred
