Description

Position will be HYBRID (at least 3 days onsite)

There will need to be at least 1 of the 3 onsite Monday through Thursday each week

This role is a Project Coordinator type of role

Bachelors degree is NOT required
This is to assist with the uptick in onboarding resources (workers)
Must be able to know how to submit POs and SOWs
Must have previous experience with onboarding tasks for bringing on employees, contractors, workers...
Will coordinate logistics for the resources (employee or contractor)
Will need to ensure there is an onsite coordinator to meet the new resource starting
Must have attention to detail
Must be a gogetter
Experience with Smartsheets and Ariba would be a HUGE plus
This role is to help in the Supply Chain with onboarding a lot of resources through the end of this year

Description:

POs and aid in all functions of process (familiar with eMarketplace, ARAVO, etc.)
Schedule meetings as appropriate Coordinate space and logistics for team resources.
Facilitate resource onboarding for program team Event coordination and logistics (onsite and virtual)
Assist in site communications and operating procedure development as needed If appropriate, support overflow program work from PMO or learning operations teams
Assist Transcend Program Leaders with activities and tasks as needed in alignment with coordinator tasks Familiar with client systems and processes Proactive, solutionoriented problem solver
Excellent communicator and team player

Job Types:
