    Description
    We are currently looking for someone to join our team in Madison with an 8:00am start time.

    The Will Call Material Handler picks orders using an RF scanning gun in a timely and efficient manner to meet customer service expectations and ensuring safety at all times.

    What you'll doAssist walk-in customers with ordering and/or pick-up of orderPull orders accurately as assigned for daily deliveries using an RF scannerStage orders according to truck location and verify the accuracy of pallets, etc.

    Process outgoing and inbound UPS, FedEx, and Speedee packages including packing and ensuring proper paperwork is includedLoad trucks for daily and special deliveriesRecognize damaged product at any point in the process and take appropriate actionOperate a forklift or other warehouse machineryAct as backup support for route drivers on an as-needed basisAssist customers and/or drivers in loading materials into vehicles and trucksPerforms housekeeping duties and other duties as assigned RequirementsWhat we're looking forExperience working in a fast-paced, distribution or warehouse environment preferred, but not requiredExcellent customer service skillsHigh attention to detail and strong math skills to ensure accuracyAbility to follow direction and safe operating proceduresAbility to lift up to 50 lbs.
