Overview:
We are seeking a Field Representative to join our team.
As a Field Representative, you will be responsible for interacting with customers in the field, representing our company, and promoting our products.
Duties:
- Serves customers by selling products, stock and organize our store sections.
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Provide excellent customer service and address any customer inquiries or concerns promptly
Skills:
- Excellent phone etiquette for effective communication with customers
- Strong communication skills to interact with a diverse customer base
- Ability to analyze data and identify key insights for decisionmaking
- Sales experience or willingness to learn sales techniques
- Multilingual capabilities are advantageous
Pay:
$53, $61,359.00 per year
