- Conduct research on Large Language Model (LLM) and Agent to address academic and industrial challenges in AI fields.
- Work with an international team of experts to transfer and apply the Bosch in-house LLM Agent innovations and 3rd-party solutions to Bosch products and services (e. g. information retrieval, question answering, software engineering assistance, information extraction, etc.)
- Ph.D. in computer science or engineering
- 3+ years of research experience in natural language processing, machine learning, and related fields
- 3+ years of research experiences on large language models (including training, fine-tuning, and prompting) and development of agent with large language models.
- Hands-on experience on state-of-the-art NLP / AI libraries and toolkits
- Publication record in top NLP / AI venues (e.g., ACL, EMNLP, NAACL, TACL, AAAI, NIPS etc.)
- R&D experiences on LLM based agents, task planning / decomposition, and reasoning

The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $150,000 - $165,000. Within the range, individual pay is determined based on several factors, including, but not limited to, work experience and job knowledge, complexity of the role, job location, etc. Your Recruiter can share more details about the specific salary range for this position during the interview process.
