Caring, Energetic, Organized individuals sought for case management opportunities.Support the needs of residents living in a supported housing with serious mental illness by ensuring they have all the services they need to maintain housing and optimize health.
Excellent pay and generous benefits including tuition reimbursement.Valid drivers' license a must.
Bachelor's degree required.
Relevant experience a plus.
Pay:
$52, $55,000.00 per year
