Our renowned client in the geosystems / surveying equipment industry in Cologne is currently seeking a full-time service technician / mechatronics specialist (m/f/d) to join their team as soon as possible.

Your responsibilities:

  • Repair, cleaning, maintenance, and calibration of high-precision surveying instruments, as well as demo and rental instruments
  • Documentation of work, such as service reports / orders and cost estimates in SAP
  • Analysis and resolution of errors, including defining service measures
  • Periodic hardware and software maintenance for customer instruments
  • Assistance with incoming and outgoing goods inspection and inventory management
  • Supporting administrative tasks

Your profile:

  • Completed training as an information electronics technician, radio and television technician, communication electronics technician, or equivalent
  • Ideally, several years of professional experience in a service environment
  • Experience with MS Office and SAP is desirable
  • Dexterity in handling small parts
