Key Responsibilities:


  • Video Production and Editing: Produce and edit highquality video content that aligns with our marketing goals. This includes shooting, editing, and publishing videos.
  • Camera Operation: Operate camera equipment proficiently for the production of high quality video and photo content.
  • Social Media Strategy Development: Create, plan, and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across platforms including YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook to enhance audience engagement and drive brand awareness.
  • Content Creation and Posting: Generate, edit, and share engaging content daily (e.g., original text, photos, and videos), ensuring that the voice, tone, and brand of the content are consistent with our objective of engaging the professional tradesperson.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and report on the performance of social media campaigns and video content, using metrics to assess the success and ROI of the content produced.

Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and practices in social media, video production, and digital marketing to keep our content fresh and engaging.


  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing team members, stakeholders, and influencers to ensure that the social media strategy and content align with our overall marketing goals.

Qualifications:


  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in social media management, video production, and content creation preferred
  • Skills:
  • Proficient in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook) and their analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to operate a range of camera equipment.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.

Working Conditions:


  • This role may require working outside regular office hours to monitor social media channels and respond to audience interactions. Occasional travel may be required for content production purposes. This is a remote role that will report to the Marketing Manager.
