Pest Control Operations Supervisor


Position Summary:

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of the pest control team, including technicians and exterminators.
• Assign and schedule work tasks, ensuring optimal utilization of resources and efficient service delivery.
• Provide clear instructions and guidelines to team members, ensuring they understand their responsibilities and have necessary resources to successfully complete their work.
• Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing regular feedback and coaching to improve performance and achieve operational targets.
• Conduct quality inspections and audits to ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and customer expectations.
• Manage customer relationships and resolve any escalated issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to service delivery, including work orders, inspections, and customer feedback.
• Stay updated on the latest pest control industry trends, techniques, and regulations, and share relevant information with the team.
• Assist in recruiting, hiring, and training new team members, ensuring the team is equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to perform their roles effectively.
• Collaborate with the Operations Manager to develop and implement operational strategies, procedures, and goals to drive performance and improve customer satisfaction.
• Ensure that safety protocols and guidelines are followed by the team, promoting a culture of safety awareness and compliance.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications in pest control or a related field are preferred.
• Proven experience in pest control operations, with a minimum of 3 years in a supervisory or management role.
• Sound knowledge of pest control techniques, equipment, and products.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Proficient computer skills including MS Office and industry-specific software.
• Valid driver's license.

Pay:
$50, $60,000.00 per year
