Your responsibilities:

As a trainee in plastic and rubber technology, you will learn the production process of our plastic molded parts made of particle foams such as EPS, EPP, and co-polymers. You will acquire comprehensive knowledge of different materials and their processing and learn how to use them effectively and efficiently. Your main tasks after completing your training will include setting up, operating, and monitoring machines, as well as conducting error analyses and troubleshooting.

Requirements:
  • A good secondary school diploma or higher qualification
  • Manual dexterity
  • Excellent technical understanding of mechanical and physical processes
  • Good grades in chemistry, physics, and mathematics
  • Fluent in German, both written and spoken, as well as basic computer skills
  • Sense of responsibility, teamwork, and quality awareness
