In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the Newark Brach located in Lebanon, NJ. This division is responsible for the sale and execution of projects throughout the Newark Local 696 territory.

Responsibilities:


  • Meet planned growth, profit, and customer retention goals through leadership and management of staff
  • Strive to exceed customer expectations by satisfying their needs in a timely, cost effective and highquality manner
  • Plan, organize, and staff key office and field positions to support overall department goals and objectives
  • Schedule, assign, and directwork of department staff
  • Knowledge regarding NFPA and building codes related to fire protection
  • Attending walk throughs, visitingcustomers, and steady involvement with relevant associations
  • Meet or exceed given departmental sales goals
  • Review sales team activities to provide accountability and problemsolving feedback
  • Conduct scheduled 1 on 1 and full team meetings
  • Provide strategic insight and guidance to help reach our revenue goals, profit goals, sales goals,create stronger brands, and foster customer retention
  • Analyze competitor's capabilities and approaches to diminish their impact
  • Understand and prioritize work to ensure we exceed expectations of customer satisfaction
  • Implement and maintain a pricing strategy while ensuring departmental profit objectives
  • Review and analyze, with the Sales Team, large estimates to assure proper pricing and job estimates
  • Establish broad and deep relationships with strategic customerroles with decision making authority or influence in the organization
  • Proactively identify valuecreation opportunities for customers
  • Take the lead in communicating direction and progress / statusof deals to senior leadership
  • Participate in further education and training courses
  • Participate in extracurricular associations for strong marketing presence

Branch Manager Requirements and Qualifications

  • 10+ years fire protection experience
  • 3+ years of management experience
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or business preferred
  • Able to multitask, prioritize,and manage time efficiently
  • Encouraging to team and staff; able to mentor and lead
  • Eager to expand branch with new accounts and clients
  • Creative problem solver who thrives when presented with a challenge
  • Assists team members when needed to accomplish branch goals

Pay:
$100, $140,000.00 per year
