Responsibilities:

• Operates multi-line telephone. Serves as a liaison between callers and medical admin. These calls will consist of patients, pharmacies, physician offices, physicians, hospital, laboratories and more calling or requesting information. You must screen each call, document and transfer it to the appropriate person.
• Collaborate with a team of coworkers to meet changing demands

Experience, Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 24 years phone experience preferably in a medical setting
• Epic Experience Preferred
• Patient check in, registration or similar experience required
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organization skills
• Good judgement
• Resourcefulness in problem solving

Work Hours and Days:
Mon-Friday 8AM-5PM


Work Location:
Performs work from a centralized office in Encinitas, CA. Must be able to reliably commute to Encinitas based office - this is in person, not remote.


Job Type:
At Will Regular Full-time; Non-Exempt


Expected hours: 40 hours per week

$ $22.00 per hour
