***As a Specialist, you will assist with processing and follow-up for all packing slips and invoices for orders submitted by the Supply Chain team. Constantly communicates and provides support to all the Resort operations team.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Constant communication with all department heads to ensure timely and proper delivery of goods
- Review all packing slips as they come in and address any discrepancies with the Supply Chain team
- Prepare and maintain reports on supply chain activities and performance metrics
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to improve supply chain processes and resolve any issues
- Check invoices to ensure all items are accounted for and contact internal team members to resolve shipment discrepancies
- Process all transactions for receipt of goods and invoices through the Procurement system and upload necessary backup documents
- Ensure costs match with the original PO, and address any cost discrepancies with the Supply Chain team
- Assist in identifying costsaving opportunities within the supply chain process
- Follow up on all invoices to ensure they are processed within the allotted timeframe
- Work closely with the Accounts Payable team, and helps with communicating with suppliers that are inquiring about payment status
- Export reports for open PO's to avoid pastdue invoices and follow up with suppliers to obtain any missing invoices
- Utilize good judgment, product knowledge, and problemsolving skills
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures related to supply chain activities
- Complete successfully any additional projects requested by management

SKILLS & ABILITIES
Education:
High School or equivalent education.
Experience:
One (1) year of hospitality experience preferred
Computer Skills:
Must know Word, Excel, and Microsoft Outlook. Sage Intacct knowledge is a plus.
Other Requirements:
Bilingual is a plus.
