Duties

  • Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service throughout their dining experience.
  • Operate the POS systems for processing transactions efficiently.
  • Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately while ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
  • Assist in food preparation and ensure all food safety standards are met during service.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, kitchen, and restrooms, adhering to sanitation guidelines.
  • Buss tables promptly to ensure a clean environment for incoming customers.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
  • Perform basic math calculations for cash handling and retail transactions.

Experience

  • Previous experience in food service or quick service & fast food restaurant environments is preferred.
  • Familiarity with food handling practices and food safety regulations is essential.
  • Experience using POS systems is a plus but not required; training will be provided.
  • Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy setting.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
