- Acquire and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of shared services processes and procedures.
- Stock in and post accounting for vehicle purchases sent in from various hub locations.
- Process daily equity check and ACH payment requests for Driveway customers.
- Process daily lien payoffs for Driveway vehicle purchases.
- Provide information to management by assembling and summarizing data, preparing reports, and accurately communicating findings.
- Produce quality audits to proactively resolve errors.
- Complete other duties and special projects, as assigned.
- Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
- Time management – ability to prioritize workload and manage one's own time.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting or related field preferred.
- 2-4 years of Business Administrative experience preferred.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office software – Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

The Driveway Inventory Specialist will be responsible for providing specialized expertise in used vehicle inventory, lien payoffs, equity payments and relevant accounting functions. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, accurate and able to perform in a high-paced work environment.
The Driveway Inventory Specialist reports to the Vehicle Inventory Services Supervisor.
