Your tasks:

Debtor accounting:
Booking of incoming payments Booking of manually created invoices and credit notes Clearing of open items Creditor accounting: Booking of manual outgoing payments Creation of recurring bookings for direct debits Clearing of open items Review and booking of incoming invoices Booking of travel expense reports for employee accounts Other tasks
Debtor accounting:
Creating, sending and tracking reminders (by email and telephone, also in English)

Trade credit insurance (credit limit inquiries and checks) Receivables factoring Creating special invoices Other tasks Creditor accounting:
Creating outgoing payments Processing reminders Other general tasks: Various reports (weekly, monthly)
