Description

A Front Desk Receptionist /Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing excellent customer service to all guests in person or otherwise, maintaining daily operations in the club.

He/She will maintain and promote excellence in hospitality and customer service at all times by welcoming and servicing guests in a courteous, efficient and friendly manner and providing outstanding guest service during their stay/visit.


In addition to the typical front desk duties, the realm of responsibilities for the job will extend beyond that to include administrative support to the staff.

This allows the Front Desk Receptionist to expand his/her skill sets and work in a fast paced environment with new challenges daily.

A thorough knowledge of what club has to offer and an outgoing, friendly personality is required.


Duties will include:


  • Greeting and registering the guest
  • Settling the guest's account
  • Assisting multiple supervisors with various daily tasks
  • Promoting the organization and products.
  • Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our services.

Qualification:


  • Positive and upbeat personality
  • Desire to deliver outstanding customer service to our guests.
  • Fluent in Microsoft Office version 2003 or newer

  • Ability to organize and prioritize work.
  • Problem solving in order to effectively deal with internal and external customers
  • Excellent communication skills

Specific Job Segments:


  • Be Friendly and courteous on the phone;
  • Be knowledgeable of all daily activities/upcoming program and it schedules;
  • Be able to direct calls to appropriate individuals;
  • Work with promotions and sales incentives;
  • Work with marketing communications to create promotions, product literature, brochures and technical reports for new and existing product offerings.
  • Write up receipt for all money collected and enter payment on the daily cash sheet.
  • Assist with Club flyers, mailings, daily attendance and sign out sheets for groups;
  • Perform other related duties requested by the Program Director, Administration or the Executive Director.
