Who We're Looking For:

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in Texas.
• A heart for the elderly, with experience or a strong interest in geriatrics and highcomplexity chronic care.
• Proven ability to navigate EMR systems efficiently, with a preference for proficiency in eClinicalWorks.
• A collaborative spirit who thrives in team settings and excels in building relationships with all care stakeholders.
• A commitment to clinical excellence, regulatory compliance, and continuous personal growth.

Location Focus:
