Overview:
Community Support Aides needed in the Kent County area We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Administer first aid when necessary and ensure the safety and wellbeing of individuals
- Provide direct support to individuals with disabilities or special needs
- Implement behavior management strategies to promote positive behaviors
- Socialization and community involvement
Required Experience:
- Entry level
Recommended Experience:
- Knowledge of first aid techniques and ability to respond to emergencies
- Experience providing direct support to individuals with disabilities or special needs is a plus
- Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with individuals in your care
- Ability to adapt to different situations and provide personcentered care
