Job summary
The Program Coordinator is the cornerstone of our mentoring relationships. Leveraging clinical and human services education, the Elements of Effective Practice for Mentoring, and Silver Lining Mentoring's policies and procedures, you will help cultivate long-term mentor/mentee relationships for youth in foster care.We are currently hiring for two separate tracks within this role. While both positions share a core focus on caseload management and trauma-informed support, they differ in their secondary focus:
- Focused on SLM's efforts related to youth and mentor enrollment by interviewing and training new volunteer mentor candidates in preparation for long-term mentorship.
- Focused on delivering high-quality workshops that foster a positive and engaging learning environment focused on the development of essential life skills for youth transitioning out of foster care.
