    Description

    Title:

    Maintenance Technician**Type of Hire: Contract-to-Hire**Work Schedule: Full-time M-F**Maintenance and configuration of PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers), HMIs (Human Machine Interfaces), robotic controllers, servo drives and related equipment.


    • Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment, including electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, servo, and stepper motor systems, robotic systems, conveyors, injection molding machines, and other related machinery.
    • Keeping up with documentation to maintain meticulous records of maintenance work, trends and outcomes to support data-driven decision making.
    • Adhere to safety protocols, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations and building codes.
    • Conducting regular equipment inspections to proactively identify potential issues.
    • Planning and executing a preventative maintenance plan to maximize machinery uptime and extend it's productive lifespan.
    additional technical certifications or vocational training in automation, mechatronics, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and or plumbing.

    • Strong knowledge of PLCs, HMIs, robotics, servo drives, stepper motor controllers, as well as electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic controls.
    • Proven experience as a maintenance and automation technician or in a similar role, preferably in a plastic molding environment, with expertise in electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and plumbing.
    • Familiarity with plastic molding processes, equipment, and related systems.
