- Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment, including electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, servo, and stepper motor systems, robotic systems, conveyors, injection molding machines, and other related machinery.
- Keeping up with documentation to maintain meticulous records of maintenance work, trends and outcomes to support data-driven decision making.
- Adhere to safety protocols, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations and building codes.
- Conducting regular equipment inspections to proactively identify potential issues.
- Planning and executing a preventative maintenance plan to maximize machinery uptime and extend it's productive lifespan.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications or vocational training in automation, mechatronics, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and or plumbing.
- Strong knowledge of PLCs, HMIs, robotics, servo drives, stepper motor controllers, as well as electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic controls.
- Proven experience as a maintenance and automation technician or in a similar role, preferably in a plastic molding environment, with expertise in electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and plumbing.
