To support our team in Kempten, we are currently looking for a

Nursing Service Manager / Registered Nurse for Elderly Care (m/f/d)
LOCATION: Kempten

Your responsibilities:

• Recruitment and management of staff

• Conducting staff development discussions

• Scheduling, vacation and substitute planning

• Conducting and documenting trainings

• Preparation and execution of quality controls, compliance with environmental and occupational safety regulations

Your profile:

• Education: You are a registered nursing professional (PDL) or have a similar qualification

• Experience: You have relevant professional experience in the described area of responsibility

• Knowledge: You have good German language skills, knowledge of MS Office programs and a valid driver's license (Class B)

• Personality: You have a quick grasp and strong social and leadership skills

• Work style: You work carefully, precisely and independently
