Responsibilities:

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Exceptional ability to resolve technical challenges
Exceptional ability to enable product flow
Exceptional ability to lift others around them
Laptop diagnostics and grading
Server diagnostics, grading, and value routing
Hard Drive and SSD wiping and repair
Ram and other component testing
Ability to spot and properly route valuable products accordingly
Operation of diagnostic software
Creates Labels, scans barcodes and Manually enters serial number and model numbers.
Sort electronic products by product type and value
Safely removes electronic components by model or part number.
Tears down remaining equipment and sorts by material

Qualifications:

EDUCATION AND/OR WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

2+ years of professional IT experience
IT experience, Certifications, or Vo tech/Associate degree preferred
Excellent phone, writing, and listening skills
Selfstarter who has a desire to learn, grow, and excel in their role
Knowledge of business processes and organizational structures
Interest in ITAD industry
