- Data driven decision-making Assisting leadership in gathering data to drive better decisions about various metrics.
- Engineering experience in a distribution and/or fulfillment center.
- Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering or similar discipline.
- Demonstrated history of continuous and process improvement accomplishments.
- Background with engineered labor standards programs.
- Ability to travel up to 15%.
