Join our team at our Düsseldorf location as

  • Team Assistant (m/f/d) part-time (starting at 20 hours/week)

Your responsibilities

  • Supporting external and internal matters in daily operations and external communication (verbal and written)
  • Organizing events, managing the company fleet, and procuring office, technical, and consumable materials
  • Representing the company as the first point of contact for visitors and business partners

Your qualifications

  • Completed vocational training and ideally professional experience in similar roles
  • Organizational talent and a structured, precise way of working
  • Excellent MS Office skills
  • Strong communication skills and fluency in German (written and spoken)
