- Currently an HR Manager at a minimum, ideally currently an HR Director
- Bachelors degree in HR/something similar

Currently focused on either compensation or benefits for a public company
- Ability to be the advisory to the Chief People Officer
- Very strong knowledge of HR compliance
- Really strong experience with compensation and strong with compensation data
- Knowledge of payroll and comfortable having a potential payroll person report to them
- Strong experience with HR analytics/reporting, excellent at excel and formulas.
- Strong with benefits- open enrollment, 401k, medical vendors, etc
- A finance background with HR is a great combo.

- Lead our open enrollment analysis and rollout
- Lead the 401k committee to ensure compliance handling EE issues, questions, and true up process
- Partner and build relationships with vendors (medical, 401k, brokers, etc)
- Align websites, tools, intranet, and playbooks with current programs and practices
- Proactively communicate to our employees' updates, changes, and educational materials
- Source updated compensation data to accurately benchmark roles and align with compensation strategy
- Manage Long-Term incentive program data and process
- Oversee performance and compensation process
- Provide in-house expertise on our HRIS systems and process
- Document all processes
- Oversee payroll - ensuring compliance
- Point for immigration processes and liaison between attorneys and employees
- Lead HR compliance, audits, and filings
- Collaborate with other functional area for seamless partnerships (recruiting, training, marketing, etc.)
- Take eon client group responsibilities as needed (employee relations, coaching, performance discussions, etc.)
