Liberty is on the hunt for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for engaging with businesspeople across multiple channels, ensuring their needs are met.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

• Answering inbound phone calls.
• Processing incoming surplus buying leads by communicating with Lead Generation Team, entering the information into our database, and getting feedback from the Buying Team.
• Adding or updating company and contact information in our database.
• Sending quotes.
• Researching customer information on the web.
• Researching machinery information on the web, in our catalog library, and directly with OEMs.
• Additional roles depending on your aptitude, experience, and drive.

• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to stay on task while working independently.
• Ability to work cooperatively with a team.
• Ability to accept and incorporate constructive feedback.
